Yakisoba Sauce
- soy sauce (1 tbsp)
- Oyster Sauce (1 tbsp)
- Worcestershire sauce (1/2 tbsp)
- mirin (1/2 tbsp)
- ketchup (1 tsp)
- sesame oil (1 tsp)
- sugar (1/2 tsp)
- curry powder (1/4 tsp)
- white pepper (1),pinch - or black pepper
- Mix ingredients in small bowl and set aside.
Cook Protein + Pasta
- pork (140 g),or chicken
- onion (0.25)
- Cooking the Yakisoba alittle less then what it says
- A good rule of thumb is to subtract 10 seconds from every minute of the recommended cooking time.
- rinse the yakisoba with cold water, and shake dry
- add alittle oil to the yakisoba and mix
- Cook protein and season with salt and pepper
- add onions and cook until soft
- transfer protein + onion to plate
- heat wok and then add oil
- cook yakisoba until crispy
- add sauce and cook mixing
- add pork and if you want cabbage
- stir fry for 1 - 2 mins
