Yakisoba Sauce

  • soy sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Oyster Sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Worcestershire sauce (1/2 tbsp)
  • mirin (1/2 tbsp)
  • ketchup (1 tsp)
  • sesame oil (1 tsp)
  • sugar (1/2 tsp)
  • curry powder (1/4 tsp)
  • white pepper (1),pinch - or black pepper
  1. Mix ingredients in small bowl and set aside.

Cook Protein + Pasta

  • pork (140 g),or chicken
  • onion (0.25)
  1. Cooking the Yakisoba alittle less then what it says
    1. A good rule of thumb is to subtract 10 seconds from every minute of the recommended cooking time.
  2. rinse the yakisoba with cold water, and shake dry
  3. add alittle oil to the yakisoba and mix
  4. Cook protein and season with salt and pepper
  5. add onions and cook until soft
  6. transfer protein + onion to plate
  7. heat wok and then add oil
  8. cook yakisoba until crispy
  9. add sauce and cook mixing
  10. add pork and if you want cabbage
  11. stir fry for 1 - 2 mins
