Ingredients

Toast Veggies

  • roma tomatoes (5)
  • Serrano pepper (3)
  • garlic cloves (2)
  • onion (2),layers from 1/2 of onion (white onion)
  • chile de arbol (4),idk, sometimes these are very spicy
  1. place tin foil on cast iron pan
  2. add all Veggies
  3. remove chile de arbol when they get alittle color
  4. remove garlic when they gets taosted
  5. remove onion when it gets toasted
  6. remove stem from serano chiles
  7. close and crimp foil. allow to cook for 5 minutes

Blend Salsa

  • cilantro ,a few sprigs
  • kosher salt ,to taste
  • water (1/4 cup),or chicken stock
  1. remove skin from tomatoes
  2. add veggies to the blender
  3. and salt + water/ chicken stock / chicken Bouillon
  4. blend
  5. add cliantro last and blend alittle
