1 - Chicken Leg
Marinade + Fry Chicken
- Chicken Leg (1 )
- soy sauce (2 ¼ teaspoon)
- Oyster Sauce (1 ½ teaspoon)
- garlic powder (½ teaspoon)
- kosher salt (⅛ teaspoon),optional depending on soy saltyness
- ground black pepper ,to taste
- Mix ingredients and marinate chicken for 20mins
- shake off any excess marinade
- Coat in Cornstarch + shake off excess
- Fry in oil until crispy.
Honey Sugar Glaze
- unsalted butter (1 teaspoon)
- garlic cloves (3 ),Crushed + minced
- soy sauce (1 ½ teaspoon)
- honey (2 teaspoon)
- clean up any remaining oil
- add butter + fry garlic until golden
- add the rest of the ingredients + mix a bit
- cook until thickened.
- add chicken to coat briefly
- serve over rice!
