1 - Chicken Leg

Marinade + Fry Chicken

  • Chicken Leg (1 )
  • soy sauce (2 ¼ teaspoon)
  • Oyster Sauce (1 ½ teaspoon)
  • garlic powder (½ teaspoon)
  • kosher salt ( teaspoon),optional depending on soy saltyness
  • ground black pepper ,to taste
  1. Mix ingredients and marinate chicken for 20mins
  2. shake off any excess marinade
  3. Coat in Cornstarch + shake off excess
  4. Fry in oil until crispy.

Honey Sugar Glaze

  • unsalted butter (1 teaspoon)
  • garlic cloves (3 ),Crushed + minced
  • soy sauce (1 ½ teaspoon)
  • honey (2 teaspoon)
  1. clean up any remaining oil
  2. add butter + fry garlic until golden
  3. add the rest of the ingredients + mix a bit
  4. cook until thickened.
  5. add chicken to coat briefly
  6. serve over rice!
