Sauce

  • soy sauce (2 tablespoon)
  • kosher salt (¼ teaspoon)
  • sambal oelek (2 teaspoon), or siracha sauce
  • rice wine vinegar (unseasoned) (1 ½ teaspoon), I use seasoned, i think it tastes better..
  • dark brown sugar (½ tablespoon), packed
  • lemon juice (1 ¼ teaspoon)
  • sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
  1. Mix all ingredients together

Tuna

  • sushi grade tuna (1 pound)
  1. Dice Tuna into good chunks
  2. add sauce and mix
  3. cover and refrigerate for atleast 30 mins
