Sauce
- soy sauce (2 tablespoon)
- kosher salt (¼ teaspoon)
- sambal oelek (2 teaspoon), or siracha sauce
- rice wine vinegar (unseasoned) (1 ½ teaspoon), I use seasoned, i think it tastes better..
- dark brown sugar (½ tablespoon), packed
- lemon juice (1 ¼ teaspoon)
- sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
- Mix all ingredients together
Tuna
- sushi grade tuna (1 pound)
- Dice Tuna into good chunks
- add sauce and mix
- cover and refrigerate for atleast 30 mins
