- eye of round (4 pound), top round / london broil works good also
- apple cider vinegar (6 tablespoon)
- soy sauce (6 tablespoon)
- Worcestershire sauce (6 tablespoon)
- ground black pepper (3 teaspoon)
- red pepper flakes (3 teaspoon)
- garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- kosher salt (1 teaspoon)
- liquid smoke (1 teaspoon)
- hot sauce (2 teaspoon), Your favorite hot sauce
- trim any silver skin and fat (I dont trim fat its the best part) but it doesnt last as long.
- Mix everything together and marinade for 1 hour
- set oven low as possible cook for 3-4+ hours
- jerky should be able to hold itself up with alittle bend.
